WATCH: Parts of Karachi receive light to moderate rain

Parts of Karachi received light to moderate showers on Tuesday night, following early morning rain.

A video shared by Pak Weather.com shows rain in Surjani, Orangi Town, Maripur and other areas of the port city.

Karachi also received early morning rain on Tuesday. Saddar, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Safoora, Malir and other areas received light to moderate showers.

According to the Met Office, the weather will remain cold and likely receive light showers. 

The western and northern parts of the country are under the influence of a westerly wave, which will bring rain and snowfall over the next few days, mainly in the mountains, the Met Department reported.
