Salman Safdar meets Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi at Adiala Jail

Barrister Salman Safdar has been allowed to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, at Adiala Jail.

According to Salman Safdar, jail authorities arranged a 40-minute meeting with the couple at 4:30 pm today.

He said the meeting took place after repeated requests and appeals, adding that he had been allowed to meet Bushra Bibi after 11 months and Imran Khan after seven months.

Salman Safdar said the 40-minute meeting was insufficient to discuss all the ongoing cases and legal matters.

He added that both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi briefed him about their health conditions and the circumstances of their imprisonment.

The lawyer further said that the PTI founder and his wife had also issued fresh instructions regarding certain legal matters and ongoing cases.
