Citizens of Mexico, Serbia among four new nationalities eligible for Saudi tourist visas

Saudi Arabia has added citizens of Mexico, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia to the list of nationalities eligible for tourist visas.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the expansion on Thursday, saying nationals of the four countries could now visit the Kingdom for a range of purposes, including attending events, performing Umrah, taking part in exhibitions and conferences, and meeting relatives and friends.

According to the Visit Saudi website, citizens of these countries can apply for an electronic visa or obtain a visa on arrival.

They are also eligible for transit and stopover visas, subject to the requirements and regulations governing each category.

The ministry said all visits must comply with the Kingdom's applicable laws and instructions.
