Bushra Ansari recalls Botox mishap that changed her facial features

Veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has revealed that a Botox procedure left her face drooping and affected her facial features.

In a recent interview, the actress spoke about skincare and shared her experience with Botox.

Bushra Ansari said she had Botox injections around her eyes 10 to 12 years ago. However, she explained that the situation became complicated because she had not received proper guidance from the doctors.

She recalled that she slept on the side of her face where the Botox had been administered. Five to six days later, she noticed that her face had started drooping badly. Her eyes began to be affected, and the shape of her lips also changed.

Ansari said she became frightened and wondered whether she had suffered a stroke.

The actress revealed that she did not show her face to anyone for two months and stayed at home.

When she called the doctor and explained what had happened, the doctor dismissed her concerns as an illusion, which angered her.

According to the veteran actress, she subsequently consulted another doctor, who explained the details of what had happened and told her that the Botox had shifted from its intended location.

Ansari stressed that doctors should reassure patients, address their concerns and help resolve the problems they experience following medical procedures.
