Naveed Akram, a Pakistani living in Sydney, Australia, who was allegedly linked to the Bondi Beach shooting incident, has spoken out about the reality behind what he calls Indian media propaganda.
Naveed Akram stated that he came to Australia in 2018 on a student visa and is now running his own rental business. He explained that some individuals misused his Facebook photos and falsely portrayed him as the target killer.
He clarified that one of the suspects involved in the incident was reportedly named Naveed Akram. Because his name is the same, people took advantage of the situation and began circulating his pictures. He claimed that the Indian media spread the propaganda due to the name similarity.
He further added that he lives in a completely different location and has no connection to the incident whatsoever. Naveed Akram urged viewers to stop spreading false information, stating that it poses a serious threat to his life and has forced him to face severe consequences.
