A video showing a woman allegedly causing a disturbance in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar area has gone viral on social media.
The footage appears to show her climbing onto the bonnets of vehicles, reportedly disrupting the flow of traffic in the area.
After the video went viral on social media, the woman named Ayesha Zahid, who is said to be a psychologist, released a video statement denying allegations that she was under the influence of drugs.
The woman said she hit her car with a rickshaw in Gulistan-e-Jahar and she lost her cool after allegedly being abused and humiliated by the mob after the accident.
The woman claimed that after the accident, her mobile phone and bag went missing from the scene.
Ayesha said she kept on asking people to return her belongings and keys to her car so she could leave, but they didn't.
