TW: Man slaps, manhandles pregnant woman in Karachi's Surjani

A disturbing video has surfaced on social media in which a man was slapping and manhandling a pregnant woman in the Surajni town area of Karachi.

The incident unfolded when an unidentified woman ventured into what is reported to be her property within an under-construction area of the metropolis.

According to the viral footage, the woman said something to a man standing nearby after which the latter slapped her on the face.

The woman, in the video,  can be heard saying, "I'm pregnant."

In response, the angry man again slapped her on the face asking her why she came to the property.

"It's my plot," the woman said while screaming out of fear.

Later, she ran away from the scene but the suspect followed her with a shovel in his hand.

Regrettably, no bystanders intervened to protect the woman. However, the further details of the incident are yet to be confirmed.
