Drunk man attacks Lahore petrol station staff after being stopped from using underground fuel tank as toilet

A drunken man and his friends allegedly attacked the workers of a petrol pump on Lahore’s Airport Road after the staff members prevented him from using the underground storage tank as a toilet.
According to the CCTV footage, it is shown that the man was prevented from using the storage as toilet and eventually turned violent against the workers.
The incident took place very quickly when one of his friends brought out a rifle from the vehicle, charged it and threatened to kill the employee. Not only this, even the security guard of the petrol pump tried to stop the offenders, but they also threatened him with something bad.
After the attack, the petrol pump management filed an official complaint at the local police station, demanding legal action against them for assault, gang attack and murder threat.
On receiving the complaint, the police launched an investigation.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Operations Lahore Faisal Kamran took notice of the incident and asked for an official report about it.
Inspector Adnan Rashid of South Cantt SHO told that police were trying to find the offenders through the CCTV footage and will soon take them into custody.
