Rajab Butt sends another defamation notice to ex-wife Emaan Fatima

YouTuber Rajab Butt has sent another legal notice to his former wife Emaan Fatima for allegedly defaming him through social media posts, reels and videos.

Emaan’s lawyer confirmed on social media that his client has received the notice and said a formal response had already been submitted.

According to the lawyer, the notice did not include any evidence to support the allegations. He said Butt had been asked to provide proof for his claims, while also alleging that the legal action was intended to harass Emaan rather than address a genuine grievance.

The latest notice comes only weeks after Butt sent Emaan a separate defamation notice as well as another legal notice concerning the custody of their son. The notices were reportedly delivered on her birthday, an episode Emaan later discussed in a vlog filmed by her brother, Aon Sheikh.

The couple’s relationship had already become a subject of public attention after Aon accused Butt of cheating on Emaan while she was pregnant. The couple welcomed their son, Kivan Sultan, in September 2025.

Following the birth of his son, Butt announced that he planned to end the marriage and later sent Emaan a divorce notice. She shared the document on Instagram while speaking about the emotional impact of the situation on herself and her child.

The dispute continued to play out publicly on social media, with Aon frequently defending his sister and exchanging accusations with Butt.

In July 2026, Aon claimed that the two sides had reconciled and resolved their differences. Butt later rejected the claim during a TikTok Live, saying the divorce was final and that he considered the matter closed, while adding that he would continue to support his son.
