As Eidul Fitr inches closer, the majority of the tailors stop taking orders for stitching Eid clothes and paste 'Orders Closed' on their doors.

But, this didn't go well with the residents in Malisi city of Punjab as they took extreme steps against tailors.

In a bizarre yet shocking incident, some frustrated customers physically assaulted tailors after the latter refused to stitch clothes for Eidul Fitr.

As per the details, the tailors denied taking new orders due to workload and issues in managing the backlog caused by electricity loadshedding.

After torturing the tailors, the culprits managed to flee from the scene, eyewitnesses said.

However, police have launched an investigation into the matter and are conducting raids to arrest the suspects.
