12-year-old boy k!lled in Korangi after tanker collision, driver arrested

A 12-year-old boy died after being hit by a tanker in Karachi’s Korangi area, Sector 100.

According to rescue officials, the boy was identified as Farhan.

The tanker driver tried to escape the scene, but local residents stopped him and even attempted to set the tanker on fire, police officials stated.

However, the police further added that both the tanker driver and the tanker have been taken into custody, and all legal action has been initiated.

According to rescue officials, 807 people have died in similar accidents.
