Umme RUbab Chandio has issued a strong warning to the Sindh Police and provincial authorities, stating that if any harm comes to her, responsibility will lie with alleged individuals including Sardars Chandio, Burhan Chandio, and the Inspector General of Sindh.

In a recent video message, the activist—widely referred to as “Daughter of Sindh”—raised serious allegations against the Sindh government and police, claiming that there are threats to her life and that plans are being made against her.

She further alleged that elements within the police force may be involved, and questioned whether the institution has become subservient to influential landlords and tribal leaders.

Rubab also claimed that her supporters and local farm workers (haris) were being intimidated and stopped from cultivating land.

She alleged incidents of firing near agricultural activity, which she described as attempts to scare workers and keep land uncultivated.

She further stated that her supporters were being threatened with false cases and harassment, allegedly through calls from individuals she described as criminals and hired attackers recently released from jail.

In her message, Umme Rubab directly addressed the Inspector General of Sindh, questioning the conduct of the police and urging immediate action against powerful figures she accuses of misuse of influence.

She reiterated allegations that armed intimidation and pressure tactics are being used after what she described as failed attempts to force her into silence.
