3-year-old killed in Lodhran by dog attack

A three-year-old girl was mauled to death by stray dogs in the Dunyapur area of Lodhran district.

According to reports, the child was attacked by a pack of dogs while returning from a madrassah in Dunyapur. The dogs dragged her to a nearby wheat field where she suffered severe bite injuries and died as a result of the attack.

An inquiry committee has been formed to determine responsible authorities and their failure to control and contain stray animals in shelters which led to the tragic incident.

Moreover, the horrific incident has sparked concerns among residents about the growing problem of stray dogs in the district. Locals claimed that repeated complaints about roaming packs were made to municipal authorities before the deadly attack but no safety measures were taken for the public. 

Residents of Dunyapur have called for urgent action against the responsible authorities that have led to the tragic incident. They have also asked for immediate implementation of animal control and public safety measures to prevent further tragedies.
