"My husband prepares Sehr, Iftar meals in Ramadan," reveals Srha Asghar

Renowned Pakistani actress Srha Asghar said her husband has taken responsibility for cooking Sehr and Iftar meals during Ramadan, however, she only tastes all the dishes he makes. 

The revelation was made by the actress during her recent appearance in Green Entertainment’s Ramadan Transmission 2024, hosted by Nadia Khan and Aijaz Aslam. 

The Amanat actor also spoke about the positive changes she has noticed in herself since getting married and praised her husband, Lala Umer Murtaza, for her transformation.

According to Srha, her life after marriage has become more exciting.

The Mor Chaal star said that before getting married to Umer, she used to make Sehri and Iftari with her sister.

"But now he [her husband] takes responsibility for these duties," she added.

The actress also said that her in-laws live abroad and only the couple live at their home.

She revealed that her husband has a big appetite and wants an entire feast, which he cooks himself. 

The Pyar Ke Sadqayactress mentioned that Lala Umer is very fond of food, and he "likes to cook a variety of dishes", and for that, Srha encourages him to "cook whatever he wants". 

Srha Asghar and Lala Umer Murtaza got married in December 2020 and welcomed their first child, Ehaan Murtaza, in November 2022.
