Gold falls, silver rises in local and international markets

Gold prices have fallen in the international market, as well as the local market, on Wednesday, but the price of silver has appreciated.

In the international bullion market, the price per ounce of gold has decreased by $100 to $5,172.

In the local market, the price per tola of gold has fallen by Rs10,000 to Rs539,962, whereas the price per 10 grams has decreased by Rs8,573 to Rs462,930.

Silver has appreciated in the local market, with the price per tola increasing by Rs100 to Rs9,004, and the price per 10 grams has risen by Rs86 to Rs7,719.
