Three women found dead in Karachi apartment

Three women were found dead inside a residential apartment in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of Karachi.

According to SSP East, the deceased include a mother, her daughter, and her daughter-in-law.

Police officials said no clear evidence has yet been found to determine the exact cause of death, but initial observations suggest the women may have died after consuming something toxic.

A son of the family has been shifted to the hospital in critical condition.

The SSP stated that the affected family had recently moved from the Ranchore Line area to Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

The mental condition of the head of the household is reportedly unstable at the moment.

Police further said that it was the deceased woman’s son who informed authorities about the incident. The actual cause of death will be confirmed after the post-mortem examination.
