The Karachi Police swiftly recovered and returned the lost belongings of a British police officer shortly after receiving the report.

According to Airport Police Station SHO Kaleem Khan Musa, Detective Duncan Weirway from the United Kingdom had arrived at Karachi Airport with his Pakistani wife when the couple misplaced some of their possessions at a fast-food restaurant inside the airport.

Upon receiving the report, police immediately launched a search operation and successfully recovered the wallet and other valuables, which were promptly handed back to the British detective.

The Karachi Police also released a video message from Duncan Weirway, in which he praised the swift response and professionalism of the police.

“My name is Duncan; I came from London,” he said. “Unfortunately, after landing at Karachi Airport, I lost my coat, which contained my wallet and keys. As a member of the International Police Association, I contacted some Karachi Police officers working here in Pakistan.”

He added, “Fortunately, thanks to their outstanding efforts, they quickly located my belongings at the airport. They worked very efficiently — I’m extremely grateful to all of them.”
