A fraud case has surfaced against TikToker Kashif Zameer, who has been accused of cheating a Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) official out of millions of rupees.

According to police, the complaint was filed by CTD official Dost Muhammad, who alleged that Zameer took Rs1.9 million from him on the promise of arranging travel to Italy.

The complainant said that the TikToker initially remained in contact but later stopped answering his calls after a year had passed without any progress on the promised arrangement.

Following the complaint, a fraud case was registered at the Gulberg police station. Police subsequently carried out a raid at Zameer’s residence in the Defence area in an attempt to arrest him.

Dost Muhammad, who is posted with the CTD in Karachi, told investigators that he had developed a friendship with Zameer on TikTok around two years ago. He also claimed that the accused had visited Karachi and stayed with him during that time.
