Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sharmila Farooqi drew intriguing parallels between politicians and showbiz celebrities, billing party chairperson Asif Ali Zardari as the 'Humayun Saeed of Pakistani politics'.

Known for her glamour and unwavering loyalty to the PPP, Farooqi commended Zardari's political acumen and also delved into her fallout with former morning show host Nadia Khan.

During the podcast, Sharmila Farooqi addressed the host's intriguing questions, stating, “Asif Zardari is the Humayun Saeed of Pakistani politics, while Mehwish Hayat is Maryam Nawaz. Ex-foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar, and Senator Sherry Rehman are the Mahira Khan of our politics.”

As the host continued to pose interesting questions, Faruqi playfully said that her responses might get her in trouble. When asked about the Adnan Siddiqui equivalent in politics in terms of eloquence, she replied, “PPP’s Yousuf Raza Gillani, Aitzaz Ahsan, Raza Rabbani, MQM-P’s Faisal Sabzwari, Rauf Siddiqui, and Haider Abbas Rizvi. I have learned a lot from them.”

Regarding which politician might benefit from a botox treatment, she quipped, “Fazul Rehman, he frowns a lot and has many lines on his forehead.”

Sharmila Farooqi clarified that former President Asif Zardari has not remarried, debunking rumors circulating on social media. She also suggested that a film portraying Zardari's life could be titled 'Ek Zardari Sab Par Bhari.'

While discussing the prospect of a film on former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Farooqui humorously suggested the title 'Pirni.'

Recalling an incident from January last year when she filed a complaint with the FIA against host Nadia Khan, Sharmila maintained that Khan displayed no remorse for her actions.

Sharmila Farooqi had previously announced legal action against Nadia Khan when a video featuring the TV host and the Sindh Assembly member's mother went viral.

The PPP leader revealed, "When I saw the video, I messaged her on Instagram that 'I did not like your video at all, in which you are commenting on my mother's makeup; please delete this video.' Nadia Khan responded, 'I have not said anything wrong and will not delete the video,' and I have kept this message safe till now."
