A court in Karachi has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Dania Shah after she failed to appear in a case pertaining to the alleged circulation of private videos of late television host Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
The Judicial Magistrate East rejected an application seeking exemption for Dania Shah from her personal appearance after the complainant’s lawyer opposed the request, according to reports.
The court directed the authorities to arrest and produce her before it. The hearing was adjourned until October 28, 2026.
The case was registered by the Cyber Crime Wing following a complaint by Aamir Liaquat’s daughter over the circulation of his private videos. The matter remains under judicial proceedings.
Shah, who was previously married to Aamir Liaquat, married Hakeem Shehzad, also known as Hakeem Shahzad Loha Paar, in 2024. The couple had a son, Dayan, in 2025.
