Watch: Robber snatches purse from woman in Karachi

A woman was deprived of her purse by a motorbike rider in the robbery-hit city of Pakistan, Karachi, it emerged on Saturday.

According to CCTV footage, the incident took place on April 23 (Tuesday) in the Kashmir road area of the metropolis.

In the viral video, a motorcyclist could be seen snatching a handbag containing a mobile phone, cash, and other valuables from a burqa-clad woman.

The robber easily fled the scene after committing the crime.

A massive rise has been witnessed in the robbing and killing of citizens by armed street criminals in the first four months of the year.

At least 60 people have been killed in the metropolis for resisting robbery in just 120 days of 2024.
