Two men attack their father with axe, iron rod for playing music loud

Two young men allegedly killed their father over a petty issue in Mirpurkhas district.

According to media reports, the incident happened when the father was playing music at a high volume. 

His sons, objecting to the noise, asked him to lower the volume level and upon refusal, they entered into a heated argument and attacked him with an axe and an iron rod in a fit of anger.

The assault resulted in their father’s death. The police subsequently apprehended the wife of the victim and their two sons. 

An FIR has been registered with the police conducting further investigations.
