No one is safe from street criminals in Karachi as a group of robbers snatched a wireless set from a traffic policeman in the metropolis.

As per the details, the incident happened at Shahrah-e-Faisal Road near the airport.

According to the information provided by the sources, two robbers were coming one-way from the Stargate flyover when a traffic cop tried to stop the suspect.

Upon seeing the policeman, the culprits turned the motorbike back and fled after grabbing the wireless set from the traffic officer.

The case of the incident was lodged against unknown suspects on the complaint of Constable Altaf Hussain.

The rampant street crimes have instilled fear and a sense of insecurity among the citizens as ruthless robbers have been freely roaming the city, looting people and killing them over the slightest hint of resistance with impunity.

At least 54 Karachiites have been killed over robbery resistance in just three months of the ongoing year.

14 people were killed by ruthless robbers in twenty-four days of the holy month of Ramadan.
