Robbers loot man in front of DHA police in Karachi

In a shocking incident, three armed robbers looted a man in front of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) police in Karachi.

The video of the incident also went viral on social media, raising concerns about the safety of Karachiite.

In a short 7-second video, three dacoits on two motorbikes can be seen snatching a mobile phone and other valuables from a man waiting in his car for the signal to turn green.

According to the details, the incident took place at Khayaban-e-Shahbaz area of DHA in the metropolis on April 17 (Wednesday) and the video was shared by the resident of the upscale area on her social media account.

Earlier on April 5, almost five armed robbers looted Rs8 lacs cash and other valuables from a man at the signal of Khayaban-e-Shaheen area.

The rampant street crimes have instilled fear and a sense of insecurity among the citizens as ruthless robbers have been freely roaming the city, looting people and killing them over the slightest hint of resistance with impunity.

At least 59 people have been killed in the metropolis for resisting robbery in just four months of the ongoing year.
