Robber caught by citizens after his bike slipped during escape in Lahore

A mugger was caught by the citizens after his bike slipped when he was fleeing from the crime scene following robbing a woman in Lahore.

According to the details, the incident, which was captured in a CCTV footage, took place at the jurisdiction of Harbanspora police station on April 28.

In the viral video, a motorbike-riding mugger could be seen snatching a mobile phone from a woman.

But the robber's escape was short-lived as his bike slipped, causing him to fall on ground. 

As he tried to flee, a brave motorist intervened and catched the suspect, holding him until a crowd gathered, who beat up the bandit brutally.

The suspect, identified as Eraj Kala, was handed over to the police. The lawenforcers have filed a FIR against the suspect and initiated further legal proceedings.
