Karachi police arrest thieves who stole protective iron bar of bridge

KARACHI: New Town police of Karachi have arrested three thieves who stole the iron bar of the Hassan Square bridge.

In a video shared on social media platform Facebook, three thieves were spotted carrying iron bar of the Hassan Square bridge in the city. The arrests were made after a video filed by a man driving a car went viral. 

The urban facilities of Karachi, which already suffer from poor infrastructure, are under the attack of drug addicts and habitual thieves.

Due to the lack of measures by the city administration and the concerned government departments to protect the city infrastructure, habitual thieves and drug addicts face no hurdle in carrying out their obnoxious designs of taking away steal bars.

Thieves in gangs and individuals are on a mission to destroy the city. The arrest is a good omen, the authorities need to be vigilant to save the infrastructure.
