The 21-year-old Pharm-D student, Fatima, was shifted to the hospital after attempting suicide on Monday. So far, no official update on her health condition has been shared by her family or friends.

As reported by the police, the student talked for 27 minutes and even deleted the last call she made before committing the act by leaping from the second floor.

The police reported that according to her brothers, they had just given her a new mobile the day before the incident since the previous one had been damaged.

The detailed accounts of both brothers are also being taken. The student scored 18 out of 35 in a test at the university, and she showed dissatisfaction with her performance in the test, which she explained to her parents and brothers.

All the CCTV footage has been obtained, and the police are investigating the events. As of now, the student’s family has not made any legal inquiry, although the police are gathering information from them.

The authorities announced that based on the account of the student, the final cause of the incident would be concluded shortly.
