CCTV captures brutal attack on woman in Lahore’s Chung Area

A shocking case of violence against a young woman has emerged from Chung, Lahore, where an unidentified man launched a brutal attack on a female motorcyclist in broad daylight.

The disturbing assault, caught on nearby CCTV footage, shows the suspect physically beating the girl before fleeing the scene.

The video, now circulating on social media, has drawn widespread condemnation from the public.

According to the victim’s mother, Farzana, her daughter Amna had stepped out to buy groceries when the attacker confronted her.

The complainant revealed that the suspect repeatedly punched and slapped Amna, then tried to abduct her, dragging her along the road by her hair before bystanders intervened.

Authorities have reacted swiftly to the incident. DIG Operations Lahore Faisal Kamran has directed SP Saddar Division Rana Hussain Tahir to ensure the immediate arrest of the suspect.

A special investigation team, led by SHO Chuhang Muhammad Raza, has been assigned to the case.
