18 arrested in two cases registered over burning of seven dumpers in Karachi

At least 18 people have been arrested in two separate cases registered under terrorism charges over the burning of seven dumpers following a deadly accident on Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi.
According to details, the incident occurred after a dump truck accident resulted in the deaths of a brother and sister and injuries to their father. In reaction, seven dump trucks were set ablaze.
The deceased girl was set to get married next month.

Police stated that the cases were filed by complainants Mir Alam Khan and Dawood Jan at Yousuf Plaza and Federal B Industrial Area police stations under anti-terrorism provisions.
A total of 160 unidentified individuals have been nominated in both FIRs.
Earlier, Sindh’s Senior Provincial Minister for Information, Sharjeel Memon, confirmed that 14 people had been arrested in connection with the arson attack on the trucks.
