Fast bowler Hassan Ali shared a lighthearted moment with the cheering crowd during the second Test match between Australia and Pakistan at Melbourne Cricket Ground.

A video went viral on micro-blogging platform ‘X’ showing Hasan Ali and the crowd performing synchronised dance moves.

Cricket Australia shared the amusing video on ‘X’ with caption, “Get your body moving with Hasan Ali! #AUSvPAK”.

Cricket enthusiasts were delighted by Hassan Ali's playful dance moves with the crowd during the Test series, and widely shared heartwarming video across social media.

In the ongoing Test match, despite the early dismissal of top order, Australia staged a remarkable comeback, with Mitchelle Marsh and Steve Smith forging a 153-run partnership, giving Australia a 241-run lead over the Green Shirts.

Pakistan fought back on Thursday, taking four wickets in quick succession after Australia dismissed them for 264 during the second Test match at Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Shaheen Afridi and Mir Hamza ripped through the top batting order of Aussies, dismissing Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, David Warner and Travis Head.

Australia extended their lead to 161 runs for the loss of four wickets at a tea break.

Pat Cummins finished with an impressive figure of 5-48, while Nathan Lyon bagged 4-73 as Pakistan narrowed the hosts’ first-innings lead to 54.

Aussies were 6-2 at lunch after Khawaja bowled out for a duck, caught behind by Muhammad Rizwan off Shaheen Shah Afridi. Labuschagne edged down the legside to be out for five leaving David Warner not out batsman on one at the break.

Cummins’ fiery spell in the final session on Wednesday saw Pakistan collapse to 194-6. He also remained at the heart of Thursday's action after a 45-minute delay due to drizzle, as they resumed 124 runs behind with Rizwan at 29 and Aamer Jamal not out at two.

The decision to choose Rizwan over Sarfaraz Ahmed for his batting ability proved beneficial, as the wicketkeeper confidently initiated his innings.

Rizwan was dismissed for 42 by Cummins to end a 45-run partnership with Jamal. Afridi chipped away at the lead as he scored four boundaries before he was dismissed by Lyon’s spin, trapped lbw for 21.

Cummins bagged his fifth wicket to dismiss Hasan Ali for two while Jamal remained not out on 33.

Lyon then dismissed Mir Hamza for two to bag his 505th Test wicket.
