Saudi Arabia executes two Pakistani nationals for drug smuggling

Two Pakistani nationals were sentenced to death for drug smuggling in Makkah.

According to the statement given by the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia, two Pakistani citizens were arrested for allegedly smuggling heroin and other drugs in Saudi Arabia by hiding them in different parts of their bodies.

Officials said that the court sentenced him to death after conviction, and a royal decree was issued to implement the sentence after the Supreme Court cancelled his appeal in the case.

The court sentenced them to death after they were found guilty. However, according to the officials, the two Pakistani citizens were sentenced to death in Makkah today.

The Saudi interior minister also warned the people that whoever is found involved in such activities will face the same circumstances.
