Car riders assault woman on scooty after minor collision in Multan

A case was registered against a man and two women who allegedly assaulted a woman riding a scooty in Multan's Garden Town area following a minor collision.

According to the police, a mother and daughter on a scooty were intercepted and beaten by the car occupants after their vehicle slightly collided with the two-wheeler.

Police confirmed that two women and a young man involved in the assault were arrested and produced before Duty Magistrate Nimra Saleem.

The court granted bail to all three accused against surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each and ordered them to appear again on August 31.

The incident occurred on August 16, when the scooty collided with the car, after which the car riders subjected the woman to violence.
