The Pakistan Army formally inducted state-of-the-art Z-10ME attack helicopter into its aviation fleet during a ceremony held at the Multan Garrison.

The event was attended by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir, who also observed a live-fire demonstration of the newly acquired helicopters at the Muzaffargarh Field Firing Ranges, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday.

The ISPR described the Z-10ME as an "all-weather, precision strike platform" capable of operating day and night. The helicopter is equipped with modern radar systems and cutting-edge electronic warfare suites, boosting the army’s ability to counter a range of aerial and ground threats.

"The induction of this potent system marks a major leap in the modernisation of Army Aviation, reinforcing its integrated battlefield response and capacity to deliver decisive effects against potential adversaries," read the statement.
