Following the discovery, Hussain’s body was moved to the mortuary of a Hyderabad hospital. His brother, Ijaz Hussain, had requested the formation of a medical board and a detailed post-mortem under the supervision of senior medical officers.
Acting on directives from higher authorities, a second autopsy was conducted at Civil Hospital Hyderabad, which also included CT scans and X-rays.
A three-member medical board, including a forensic expert, collected further samples during the process.
