25 goats worth over Rs1.9m stolen in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar

Over two dozen goats worth more than Rs1.9 million were stolen from Karachi's Gulistan-e-Jauhar.

According to police officials, the incident took place a day earlier in Block 8 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar, where the goats had been tied up on a vacant plot for sale ahead of Eidul Azha.

CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, showing the suspects loading 25 goats onto a pickup vehicle before fleeing the scene.

The owner told police that he had brought the goats for sale and had lodged a report at Malir Cantonment police station.

Police said an investigation was under way and efforts had been launched to trace the suspects with the help of CCTV footage.
