Known for her on-screen maternal roles, veteran actress Saba Faisal appeared on a morning shows alongside actresses Parveen Akhtar and Farah Nadeem. Together, they delved into discussions about managing households and relationships.

During a conversation on the show, focusing on destiny (Naseeb), Saba Faisal emphasised that parents should not solely concern themselves with their daughter's fate but should also pray for their son's fortune. She highlighted the significant role a son's destiny plays, stating, "A son's wife carries substantial responsibilities for the entire household."

The ’Humsafar’ actor illustrated her point with an emotional example involving her sister-in-law, who compassionately cared for her ailing mother. Moved by this gesture, she expressed, "I deeply admire my sister-in-law; I respect her immensely. During my mother's bedridden days, she devotedly served and empathised with my mother's pain. Now, I hold her in high regard, akin to my mother."

Saba Faisal expressed her views, stating, "Today, girls often expect to marry and become the sole owner of a man's house, believing everything will be theirs. This mindset is misguided; they overlook that young men are still in their dependent and struggling phase. For financial stability, it's advisable to consider marrying a man aged 45 or 50, who will be capable of meeting all their needs."

Veteran actor Farah Nadeem chimed in, "Girls lack patience; they desire palatial living without realising that young boys are still in the struggling phase.”

Saba added, “While parents provide financial support, children have to struggle independently."

Earlier this year, the ‘Habs’ actor gained media attention due to a rift with her son and daughter-in-law, airing grievances about their relationship.

The ‘Dil-e-Momin’ actor criticised Neha for causing a family rift. In a three-minute video, she disclosed cutting ties with her son, Salman Faisal, and his wife Neha due to “irreparable differences.”

Facing backlash from industry colleagues and fans, Saba later removed the video and issued an apology.

She has graced numerous hit drama series, including Humsafar, Durr-e-Shehwar, Lashkara, Baaghi, Pyare Afzal, Thora Sa Haq, Zara Yad Kar, Khaas, Habs and Ghalti.
