HBO Max, the streaming service owned by Warner Bros Discovery, has officially launched in Pakistan as part of its latest global rollout, expanding the platform’s presence to over 100 markets worldwide.

The expansion also covers Bangladesh, Cambodia, Macau, Sri Lanka, and Ukraine, marking one of the service’s largest international pushes to date.

Pakistani subscribers will now have access to HBO and Max Originals, alongside titles from Warner Bros, the DC Universe, Harry Potter, and Discovery. The catalogue includes popular series such as Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, The Last of Us, The Penguin, and The Pitt, along with film franchises like Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, and The Matrix.

HBO Max will premiere IT: Welcome to Derry on October 27 in the Asia-Pacific region, with upcoming releases including M3GAN 2.0, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, and How to Train Your Dragon.

The platform offers two subscription tiers in Pakistan: a standard plan priced at Rs800 per month (Rs5,600 annually) and a premium plan at Rs1,100 per month (Rs7,700 annually). Users can subscribe through the official HBO Max website or mobile app stores.
