Before his arrest in a case related to alleged promotion of gambling and uploading obscene content, YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, released vlogs claiming that he has purchased his “dream house.”
However, a property dealer has disputed the claim. Speaking to a digital platform, dealer Armaghan Rana alleged that the bungalow featured in Ducky Bhai’s videos was not bought but rented.
“He told his audience that he bought the house, but in reality it is on rent,” Rana said, adding that the vlogger failed to honour commission commitments. “The issue is not about the commission, but about misleading the young generation who trust him.”
According to Rana, the one-kanal bungalow in DHA Phase 7 was recently built and taken on rent at Rs450,000 per month, with payments starting from June 2025 under a formal contract.
He added that Ducky Bhai had approached his team members for a bungalow before finalising this property. “He even asked us not to disclose the details publicly because he wanted to use the house for making videos,” Rana claimed.

The physical remand of Ducky Bhai has been extended by four days in a case involving alleged promotion of gambling and uploading obscene content on social media.
A local court in Lahore on August 19 extended his remand after he completed an initial two-day physical remand. Investigating officer Shoaib Riaz had requested a 28-day remand, claiming the accused is allegedly part of an international gambling network.
After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court approved the four-day extension, with Ducky Bhai set to be presented in court again once the remand period ends.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) arrested Ducky Bhai on August 17 at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport. He is accused of promoting several unregistered gambling applications via his YouTube channel and social media accounts, causing financial losses to the public.
