Two years after their separation, renowned actor Feroze Khan and his ex-wife Aliza Sultan have come to an agreement regarding the custody and maintenance of their children.

In September 2022, Feroze filed his plea in Karachi’s East District Family Court, seeking custody of their son Sultan and daughter Fatima.

After 18 months of case proceedings, Feroze Khan withdrew his applications for custody, while Aliza withdrew her requests for child support.

As per the agreement, their son, Sultan will stay with Feroze Khan, and their daughter, Fatima will reside with Aliza.

The 33-year-old actor assumed the financial responsibility for his children, providing Rs75,000 monthly maintenance for Fatima, with a yearly increase of 10 percent. He will also be responsible for financing their education.

The agreement stipulated that Feroze Khan would be obligated to cover emergency medical expenses, with both parents required to inform each other promptly if their children's health deteriorates.

Furthermore, the agreement allowed parents to communicate with their children via phone or video calls at any time, and on special occasions, both parents will have visitation rights.

Decisions regarding the children leaving the country or going abroad during holidays are to be mutually agreed upon.

Feroze Khan and Aliza Sultan tied the knot in 2018. The duo welcomed their first child, Sultan, in 2019, and their daughter, Fatima, in February 2022.

Their marriage ended later in 2022, with Aliza alleging domestic violence against Feroze Khan.
