Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced important dates for the start of the upcoming Umrah season.

According to the ministry, Umrah pilgrims will be permitted to enter Makkah from 15 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH, while the issuance of Umrah visas will begin on 31 May 2026.

The ministry further stated that Umrah permits through the Nusuk app will become available from 1 June 2026.

Authorities said the final date for issuing visas will be 1 Shawwal 1448 AH, corresponding to 9 March 2027, while the last date for pilgrims to enter Saudi Arabia has been set as 15 Shawwal 1448 AH, or 23 March 2027.

The final departure date for Umrah pilgrims from Saudi Arabia has been fixed as 30 Shawwal 1448 AH, corresponding to 7 April 2027.

Saudi authorities have advised pilgrims to complete registration procedures and ensure all travel documents are prepared well in advance to avoid any difficulties during their Umrah journey.
