Iran has firmly rejected the U.S. pressure and accusations of foreign interference as tensions with U.S rise amid widespread protests in the country.

Iranian leaders have strongly challenged U.S. threats of potential military action. They claim it to be part of a broader plan by U.S to influence Iran’s internal affairs.

Ayatollah Khamenei condemned U.S. politicians for what he described as “deceitful actions,” accusing U.S of interfering in Iran’s domestic situation. He also claimed that U.S is deliberately supporting opposition movements in Iran for their personal motive.

His remarks emphasized Iran’s refusal to come under external pressure and showed determination to resist any hostile intentions by U.S.

Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi has denied all claims of Iran receiving any formal written offer by U.S of diplomatic engagement in Iran. He said that any such reports coming from the U.S. are “confusing and contradictory”.

Meanwhile, Iran is adamant that it will not come under the pressure of any threats, emphasizing its own readiness to defend its national sovereignty. According to the Iranian military officials, the armed forces of Iran are fully prepared for any attack and would respond decisively, if need be, while making it clear that Iran would not initiate any hostilities.

However, indirect channels for negotiations, such as talks mediated by Oman focusing on nuclear issues and sanctions, remain in discussion, reflecting Iran’s preference for diplomacy over direct confrontation.
