TEHRAN: Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naghdi, a senior adviser to the commander-in-chief of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has warned that Iran is prepared to respond if the United States takes any hostile action against the country.
According to Iranian media reports, Naghdi said Washington should remember that Iran’s so-called “Father of Missiles” is ready for launch if the United States makes what he described as a wrong move or attempts to intimidate Tehran with the “Mother of All Bombs.”
Naghdi also asserted that Iran’s adversaries, despite possessing advanced military equipment, had been forced to respect the Iranian nation.
He said the Iranian people had learned not to compromise their dignity or sovereignty under any circumstances.
The senior military adviser further stated that the Iranian people would continue to demand justice for their slain Supreme Leader and those he described as oppressed.
His remarks underscore Tehran’s continued emphasis on military preparedness and national sovereignty amid tensions with Washington.
