Six women, five men held during raid on alleged prostitution den in Karachi DHA

KARACHI: Darakhshan Police have arrested 11 people, including six women and five men, during a raid on an alleged prostitution den in the Badar Commercial area of DHA Phase V, Karachi officials said.

According to police, the operation was carried out late on Saturday night after officers received intelligence about alleged immoral activities taking place at a property on Street No. 7 in the upscale locality.

During the raid, police detained five men and six women who, according to the official statement, were allegedly involved in obscene and immoral activities at the premises.

A case has been registered against all 11 suspects under FIR No. 429/2026 under Sections 294 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) at Darakhshan Police Station.

The arrested men were identified as Kailash, Danish, Nirmal, Hassan and Rehman, while the women were identified as Nadia, Sana, Sonia, Shazia, Komal and Shumaila.

Police said further investigation into the case is underway.
