ISLAMABAD: The consumers of electricity in Pakistan may have to pay more by Rs1.72 per unit through the fuel price adjustment mechanism in April.
The request has been made by CPPA before Nepra who will review the petition on June 2.
The increase would apply to the consumers of all the distribution companies, even K-Electric. It would certainly put more burden on the consumers who have already been suffering because of high prices of electricity.
