“The victim recorded a statement regarding the incident with Islamabad police. The video of the girl, having her hair cut during the torture, went viral on social media,” ICT police stated on X.

When the video initially went viral, SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza took notice of the incident and sought a report. He later praised the Lohi Bher police team for their timely action.

In an unsettling incident in Islamabad, the girl who was filmed being tortured and having her hair cut by a man has spoken out as she shared her video statement on the matter.

The girl, identified as Huma, described her ordeal after the video went viral online, prompting outrage and calls for strict action against the perpetrators.

“My name is Huma, and the incident took place one and a half months ago. Sana and Armaan took me to their flat in Christian Colony. They tortured me, cut my hair, and filmed me. They later took me to another place in Bahria Town, which appeared to be either a flat or a spa,” she recounted.

Huma added that when she was taken to the flat in Christian Colony, four men were present: Armaan, Durrani, Mithu, and another individual whose name she could not recall.

“They tried to intimidate me by pointing a gun at me. They threatened to kill me if I didn’t stay silent,” she said. Huma further stated that the men shared her video on social media, and she only found out once the clip went viral.
