Sindh announces public holiday on September 24

The Sindh government has declared a public holiday on September 24 in 14 districts of the province in connection with the upcoming local government by-elections.
According to details, the holiday will apply to the districts of Ghotki, Sukkur, Khairpur, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, and Matiari.
A public holiday has also been announced in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Dadu, Badin, and Thatta.
Additionally, Karachi West, Karachi East, and Keamari districts will observe the holiday as well.
The notification has been issued to facilitate voters during the by-elections in these districts.
All government offices and institutions in the mentioned 14 districts will remain closed on Wednesday, September 24.
