Remaining three Pakistanis rescued from hijacked vessel off Somalia arrive in Karachi

The three remaining Pakistani crew members rescued from MT Honour 25, an oil tanker hijacked off the coast of Somalia in April, arrived in Karachi on Wednesday evening.
Hussain Yousuf, Imran Ali and Muhammad Yasin landed at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi via an Ethiopian Airlines flight. They were received at the airport by Sindh Governor Nehal Hashmi, Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab and their family members.
Yasin is from Peshawar, while Imran Ali and Hussain Yousuf are from Karachi.
Earlier, the bodies of three Pakistani crew members killed during the rescue operation and four injured Pakistanis were brought back to Karachi on October 4.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had spoken by telephone with Azhan Kashif, son of deceased crew member Syed Kashif Umar, and offered his condolences.
The prime minister announced free education, healthcare and housing for the children of the three deceased Pakistanis, besides financial assistance of Rs12.5 million for each bereaved family.
