Gold jewelry valued at hundreds of thousands of rupees, belonging to PML-N MPA Uzma Kardar, was reportedly stolen in Lahore.

The theft occurred while Kardar was enjoying a swim at a local club, prompting her to cast suspicion on two female instructors and employees of the swimming facility.

As per reports, Uzma Kardar lodged a complaint with the authorities, stating that jewelry worth approximately Rs500,000 had vanished during her swim session on Thursday.

Kardar explained that she had left her jewelry in her purse while taking a dip after attending an assembly session.

Expressing doubts about the involvement of two instructors and club employees, Kardar stressed the necessity of a thorough investigation into their potential role in the theft.

In response to the complaint, the police initiated a case regarding the theft of the missing gold jewelry. An ongoing investigation aims to uncover various aspects of the incident and identify those responsible for the theft, the department stated.
