Pakistan’s C-130 and JF-17C bag top honors at London air show

The Pakistan Air Force's (PAF) C-130 Hercules transport aircraft won the prestigious Concours d’Elegance Trophy at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT), adding another achievement to the PAF's distinguished record.
The aircraft, adorned with the image of an eagle poised to strike its target, captivated the audience with its commanding presence and powerful symbolism.
The C-130 Hercules featured a custom livery aligned with this year’s theme, “Eyes in the Sky,” showcasing Pakistan’s artistic expression and operational excellence.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the aircraft’s participation at RIAT reflects PAF’s commitment to global peace and security, while also highlighting its technological advancement in the field of aviation.

In another proud moment, Pakistan’s JF-17C Block III fighter jet was awarded the “Spirit of the Meet” Trophy, a recognition of its outstanding aerial performance and technical prowess.
The JF-17C, representing the pinnacle of Pakistan’s indigenous defence technology, flew from Pakistan to the United Kingdom with the help of continuous, non-stop air-to-air refueling.

The jet not only demonstrates Pakistan’s aerospace capabilities but also holds strategic significance, having played a key role in countering Indian aggression by downing around six Indian aircraft, including three Rafale jets.
Pakistan’s remarkable success at a prestigious global platform like the Royal International Air Tattoo stands as a testament to the operational strength, innovation, and international recognition of the Pakistan Air Force.
