Karachi rains: Education ministry clarifies on schools closure tomorrow

The Sindh Education Department has dismissed reports circulating on social media claiming that schools and colleges across the province would remain closed on Tuesday.

A department spokesperson clarified that no public holiday had been declared and described the notification being shared online as “fabricated and lacking authenticity.”

The official further confirmed that all educational institutions in Sindh would remain open as per routine.

The department added that any decision regarding the closure of schools or colleges would be made only in response to the prevailing situation.
